Adult ballet, hip hop, pointe, contemporary, tap and ballroom (no partners needed!) classes offered year-round. Adult sessions offered in the fall, winter, spring and summer. Have a group of 6 or more? We'll schedule a one-time or 6-week class for you around your schedule. Call 734.207.8970 for details on all adult classes.

Beginning Adult Ballet 
For adult dancers with little or no ballet experience. Class includes stretching, barre work, adagio and allegro.

Beginning Adult Pilates
Mat Pilates with certified teacher. Class works to strengthen the core and increase flexibility. Students will learn basic Pilates terms and positions.

Adult Yoga
Release the body and mind from tension and increase your balance, flexibility and energy. Beginners welcome.

Cardio Hip Hop
Fun, upbeat cardio class using elements from jazz and hip hop to burn fat and stretch and strengthen the body. No dance experience necessary.

Beginning Adult Ballroom 
Learn the basics of Cha Cha, Rhumba, Salsa, Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango and Swing. No partners necessary. No prior dance experience required.

Latin Ballroom 
Learn the basics of Cha Cha, Salsa, Mambo and Rhumba. No partners or dance experience necessary.

Barre Core 
Barre Core is a total body non-impact workout combining ballet barre, yoga and Pilates disciplines. Burn fat, while gaining strength and flexibility.

Class includes warm-up, stretching, conditioning, center and across-the-floor technique, and choreography. Some dance experience is recommended, but beginners are always welcome!

Advanced Beginning Adult Ballet 
For adult dancers with previous ballet experience. Class includes stretching, barre work, adagio and allegro.

Adult Pointe 
For adult dancers with previous ballet experience. Class includes stretching, barre work, adagio and allegro.

Adult Tap
Fun, upbeat tap class for adults looking to learn to tap, or to refresh their skills. Great for beginning students. Combinations and choreography will teach basic tap technique and vocabulary. 

Intermediate Adult Ballroom 
Class adds on to the basics learned in Beginning Adult Ballroom. Ballroom styles include Cha Cha, Salsa, Foxtro, Swing, Tango, Rhumba and Waltz. No partners necessary. Some ballroom experience recommended.

Adult Swing Dancing
Learn the basics of Swing dancing to up-tempo jazz music. No partners or dance experience necessary.

Adult Jazz
Jazz class for adults looking to learn basic jazz technique. Class includes warmup, stretching, turns, kicks, jumps and choreography. Great for beginning students or students looking to get back in to dance.
